Can access AccessPoint using server name in URL but not using IP address..

Hi all,
I now have no problems accessing the AccessPoint using the URL: http://<server>/qlikview/index.htm

however, our overseas users have to use the IP address, so I tested this out, and it asks me for my username and password (which the named URL does not anymore).
It does not accept my username/password either.

Can anybody advise?
The IP address is entered in my trusted sites list also.

Have you attempted changing the QVWS host name in the QEMC >System >Setup tab:

In the right hand pane enter the ip address rather than the machine name.
