Publisher doesn't work on IE 8

Hello everybody

We migrated our Qlikviewserver into a new Domain.

Now i have the problem that i can't access the publisher via web anymore.

With the URL: http://localhost/ControlPanel/Default.aspx I get the following error:

Configuration Error

Description: An error occurred during the processing of a configuration file required to service this request. Please review the specific error details below and modify your configuration file appropriately.

Parser Error Message: Unrecognized attribute 'xmlns'.

Source Error:

Line 1: <?xml version="1.0"?>Line 2: <configuration xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/.NetConfiguration/v2.0">Line 3: <!-- the config sections is stuff for asp-ajax -->Line 4: <configSections>
