ReloadEngine@ServerName is down

since 2 weeks ago, we upgrade a QlikView Server from Version 10 SR4 to version 11 SR2.

All services are working propertly, we change the URL "localhost" in the QVWS and DSC Services.

And when we tried to create a reload Job immediately send the next message "ReloadEngine@ServerName is down".

And we can't create a reload task.

How can I fix this.
