Hi,

I have a question regarding generic accounts. We currently have a single domain with user etc who access our Qlikview system. We also have users on what is currently a separate domain who are looking to connect to the same system, using a generic login. When there is more than on user of the same login, other previous users are disconnected, with the "Lost connections to server.Reconnecting..." box appearing.

Is the best solution to create the users on our domain etc, or is there another method similar to a generic login that we can use?

Nick,

That is working as designed. If you are using User Cals which are assigned to a users. So, if a user is signed in with userID A and someone else users ID A the first one will be disconnected.
