Cache of the open document for access point?

I notice sometimes that if I save a document to the published folder and then immediately open it in the AccessPoint, sometimes the changes I made are not reflected yet in the browser. Sometimes there is a delay and sometimes not.

Is there a chache or some other mechnism that refreshes from the file structure every few minutes? If so, is it operated on some sort of timing or other event?

I am trying to understand this mechanism a little better.

Hi,

In QMC, you can try to force it to have only one copy of document in memory.

Go to QMC -> Settings -> QlikView Server -> click on your server -> Go to tab 'Documents'

Check 'Allow Only One Copy of Document in Memory'

This might have a better behavior in your case
