      <title>Services not started after update to QV11 SR2</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since i have updated our QV11 server to QV11 SR2 2 of the services are not started according to the QV admin console.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Under Windows services all the QV services are started.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Basically i have done the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Run QV11 SR2 installation&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Wait&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Restart the server&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Start the QV admin console and see that DSC and QVWS are not started. Under windows services they are.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The account the services run under is member of local admin and password is OK.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone had this problem and have a solution(or some directions)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tried updating the license from the QV server?&amp;nbsp; Sometimes that helps.&amp;nbsp; Did you browse the logs to see of there are any clues in there?&amp;nbsp; I have also gone into the properties of each service and manually input the service account information.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

I am also facing the same issue. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have upgraded from QV 10 SR 4 to QV 11 SR 2 build 11440. DSC and QVWS services are down in the QMC but in service they are up and running. Not sure what the issue is !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lax&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Prior to QV 11 SR 2 I had QV 11 SR 1 and it was working fine (obviously when all QV services on other server are stopped).&amp;nbsp; I am having QVWS running on port 80, nothing else.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
