      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If i remember well this has been a bug in the past and has been fixed in SR1.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So maybe a new bug or old one coming from a sort of regression here?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Be sure to test with simple and reproductible case and recommend to report to QT if still having this error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maurice&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Brent,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't know the exact meaning of Event Viewer error log.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But we do have faced QDS service fail few days back multiple times with reason unknown on SR12, we did was changed some properties in QDS service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to Services-&amp;gt; QDS-&amp;gt; Properties-&amp;gt; Recovery tab-&amp;gt; change values of First, Second and Subsequent failures to Restart the Service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No problem whatsoever for us after that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for that suggestion, I also applied the recovery settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;While this has minimized impact to my customers, I still need to understand the cause or meaning of the error message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm unable to troubleshoot this issue without more information and Qlik Support has not been able to provide any guidance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;B&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
