Conditional Distribution of PDF through pdf distributor.

Hi All,

I want to distribute some of my reports to the users by using the pdf distributor.

Below is the scenerio

1) I have a report which is showing the Claims > Rs. 500000 on daily basis.

2) If any claims occurs > Rs. 500000 then this report is populated with figures else it only contains the headers with no data.

3) Now i want the report to be distributed only if there is any data in the report else it should not shoot the mail to the user as

report with no data doesn't make any sense.

4) Claims amount is calculated in front end by the sum of multiple fields from multiple tables.

Anyone having any idea how to do this.

Hi Daniel,

Thanks for your reply.

In my application there is no link between the fields and the UserNames to whom i have to distribute the reports.

I need to put a check at distribution time i.e distributor should only distribute the data only if data is there in report

else it should skip the distribution.

My recommendation still stands, read the users into the QVW, distribute to the field with the email address.
