We are starting to experience an issue on a handful of user computers where the user is being prompted to open or save a file when the open a QlikView file from the Access Point. We have confirmed that the QlikView IE plug-in is installed correctly on the PC, and have tried everything from deleting the user's profile and rebuilding it, cleaning up the registry to re-imaging the PC. This will temporarily resolve the issue, but within 24 hours it will return. When the user tries to open a QlikView file from a different computer, they do not encounter this issue. Has anyone ever experienced this before? Any suggestions about what else to try?
