Hai

I am new to section access

i am getting problem in acess point with the admin credintials

but its working fine for other normal users

Please help me if any body knows

What issue are you having. I am able to open the document and it appears to be working fine.

Dear Bill

Its Working fine when u open out side

but in access point it is not working for admin that is the issue

pls guide me how to resolve this issue

HI,

Check the Distribution list of report. Check wether the group is there in distribution list or not.Might be that is causing the problem.

You can check the distribution list in security of the report in reporting folder(where you distributed the report , for being visible in accesspoint).

Note:- Right clik(Report in reporting folder)-> Properties-> Security

Right click on the My Computer icon and check for computer name.

Now enter user name as YourComputerName\administrator

This might work for you.
