    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are trying to use Webtickets to access QV documents through an intranet solution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A php script generate a ticket and call the QVS, but a dialog that says "Failed to authenticate" pop up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone familiar with this problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a basic setting on the QVS or QVWS that I should be aware of?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you getting a ticket or is this error coming up when you request the ticket? The server that is requesting the ticket has to be trusted. If you do a search on the Community for SSO I think you will find post that will be helpful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bill&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
