Qlikview Server 11 Reload

We just installed Qlikview server and I can;t seem to get the reload feature to work.

Under Documents > Select my document to setup reload > Go to Reload tab > Selected Hourly

I tested the connection by hitting 'reload now'. This is the logfile that generates:

Hi ,

It seems that there is some problem with your document due to that the reload is getting failed. Enable the document log of the report and then try to reload. After then check the log file for the exact error.

Settings-> Document Properties->General-> Generate Log file

Does the QV client have to be installed on the server for the reload to occur?

Can you reload the document from desktop?

If it works fine then check whether u are using any external file like xls,qvd... ? if so make sure those file available in the server in same folder structure.

Note:

You need to maintain a same folder structure in server how you have in your desktop.
