Hi all,

Does anyone know how i can distribute reports to an email address which isnt part of the Active Directory. We are using Server/Publisher v9

You should consider using macros, there are a few examples in the forum.

Here is an email macro that I have used. You can replace the input box with inputted email addresses, etc.

Thanks both for your replies, Sorry, my original question wasnt clear enough..

Publisher sends daily reports out at 6:30 every morning. The reports are distributed to around 30 staff (all from the Active Directory), but there are a handful of staff outside the organisation who are not part of the AD who also wants the reports.

V9 doesnt have the option to input an email address like v11 so i was wondering if there was another way of publisher automatically sending to these people.

You could try using a macro to do that in version 9. I would recommend upgrading to version 11 as soon as you can. Support for version 9 will be ending in the near future.
