Uploaing information into QlikView

I'm seeking to upload a file into QlikView (excel) and for QlikView to lookup data relevant to the product codes on the excel file

Is this possible?

You can not upload the excel file it self into a QlikView application, but you can read and load the data from an Excel file into a QlikView application.

You need to use the QlikView Desktop to open the QlikView document, to fetch data from Excel using the script editor.

I recommend you to make use of the wizard available to achieve this.
