Trying to change Bar chart into Gantt chart

Fellow developers,

I have been struggling to build a gantt chart out of this bar chart.

Please give me some Ideas , I'm attaching a sample applicat ion, along with a source file, if some one could suggest how to go about..

That's beautiful Nick, Is it possible to it this way..If end user wants to show Months instead of Time ( currently in my application measure is Time which starts from 1 ..200...so that the tasks which have to be completed in jan ..will be displayed under jan .. and for feb ... so on.. .

Could u explain ...what this funtion does =Start - min(TOTAL Start).

It's a number of days from a Start date of earliest task.

It's not possible to do with Bar Chart type. You have to use Qlikview Extensions. Check this link http://community.qlik.com/message/106643#106643
