please, tell me: where i can get the abc.csv file, which is mentioned in the reference?

I think there is no actual abc.csv file. It was in the manual jus as an example to show the syntax. But you can create it yourself. Just take ordinary excel table with columns and rows and save it as CSV. It is better to have first row as field names.
