I'm on 10SR4 viewing in IE8.

I've just noticed that the green square or blob shows differently when viewing in client and via AJAX, that is, some selections display the LED and some don't - it's a bit random it seems. In one of my documents, if I make a selection in one of my fields in the client version (normal view and WebView), a green led appears on other tabs as expected, but in AJAX the same selection doesn't show. But it's just this one field, other field selections DO make the indicator appear, very strange!!

Hi

Recently I found a solution, how to hide various technical fields from user interface and from Current Selection box by setting HidePrefix variable. |I use such fields for various selectors and then check the selection in expression and do something depending on the value selected. So far so good. The only problem remaining is though these selections are not visible in current selection box, the grrn led indicators on sheets headers still remains. I would like to ask did someone face that problem and have a solution for it.

Thank you very much

Cheers Darius

I believe in the AJAX client, the little green led's on the tabs do not show up. So that should not be a problem unless your users are on the full development version.

Hmm, just checked (via AJAX) one of my documents, and the little green square DOES appear.

Just off the top of my head, one way to remove them could be to remove the tabrow and build a row of horizontal buttons to replicate tab navigation using actions.

flipside
