      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not able to open QEMC and QMC. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Environment Details:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;QlikView Developer Version&lt;/STRONG&gt; – 10.00.9282.8 SR 4&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Window OS&lt;/STRONG&gt; - Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise Service Pack 1 (64 bit edition)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Number of CPUs&lt;/STRONG&gt; – 24&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Ram Amount&lt;/STRONG&gt; – 64.0 GB&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All the &lt;STRONG&gt;QlikView services&lt;/STRONG&gt; are started. I am sending all the &lt;STRONG&gt;services details&lt;/STRONG&gt;, &lt;STRONG&gt;software installation details&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also &lt;STRONG&gt;Internet Explore screen&lt;/STRONG&gt; details.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All the file are attached in &lt;STRONG&gt;JPEG&lt;/STRONG&gt; format.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me on this &lt;STRONG&gt;ASAP&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Akumar&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hard to suggest what to do, but try with this:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- see if there is anything written in QV Management log file on the server&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- check server event log&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- verify under which account that service is running (it should be dedicated QV service account)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- try to call AccessPoint portal with IE from the server. See does it work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
