Sort order For Expression Along with Year (desc)

Hi All,

We want sort the Year in Desc order (2012,2011,201) which is currently done. Also we want to sort based on the expression Sal (sum Sal). We need to implement the same scenario in one of our projects.

Please can you all advise how to achiive this.

I have attached one sample QVW for the reference.

Please let me know if any more information is required.

your Name dimension is already sorted by sum(Sal), isn't it?

It is starting with Joju (35000) and going down to Anju (26000).

Do you want the (pivot) table to be displayed in another way?

If you want to group your table by Year desc and then your Names by sum(Val) desc, I think you can do this with a straight table or table box.

In a pivot table, you can try color coding your sum(Sal) by rank.
