using indicators in pivot table

Dear

I got a chart (pivot table) with Country, Brand Group as Dimensions

I'm calculating the sales variance

Now by Country I may get value that is positive but if I expand the country and see the values by brand groups, some brand groups may have negative values

Now if the user collapses this country that has brand groups with negative values I want to show an image in an expression indicating a warning whereas if the country that is collapsed has all values by brand groups positive then display another image

How can we do this?
