Reports disabled.... can't enable

Hi at all,

I don't understand how my Reports are not enable to preview. Under Menù Report, each Report are greyed out and i can't lauch preview.

I have made this Reports in the Report Editor under "Report Document". I can modify them but it's impossible to launch print preview. The View and Share checkboxes are also greyed out and i can't enable them.

What's the cause about this strange behaviour?

I had the same issue today and found out that the 'Print Spooler' service was stopped. Starting the 'Print Spooler' service allowed me to Edit Reports and launch Print Preview.

Hi,

Is there any other solution available for this problem? I tried with the Print Spooler but it was already started. Stopping and starting it again did not help either.

Ensure that a default printer has been defined for the account that is running QlikView. This has always been the issue for me when reports are disabled.
