    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;AFAIR, QV will apply some of it's spare AI to the y-axis formatting, so depending on the range of values and the available real estate in the chart object, it will format the date as year only or using the full format specified (year, month, date). You can play around with limiting the range further or increasing the chart object to see the effect I am talking about.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
