Set Analysis - everything except one field

I am setting up a Set Analysis where I want to disregard all selections other than one field (let's call it Contract_Num).

How can I do this? I've tried sum({1<Contract_Num>} Cost), with a few variations of that, but it won't work. Any ideas?

Sum({1<ContractNum=P()>} Cost)

Thanks for the post. I just used this successfully in Qlik Sense 2.2.3.

This is Section 4.7 of the Set Analysis handbook and is extremely helpful especially when trying to use set analysis in tables.
