Hi,

In a table, you can use the "full accumulation option" or the rangesum(.. above()) functions.

But I want to accumulate values in an expression that I can use in an Aggr function.

The final goal is to create a calculated dimension representing an ABC classification.

if i understand correctly the objective is to create a dimension based on the accumulated amount of sales.

i think you can use the FRACTILE function for that

No, the fractile functions calculates the value based on a percentage of the number of dimensions.

In an ABC classification you want to know the dimension that represent a oercentage of the total value (for example sales)

I can calculate the ABC classification as an expression in a table (using rangesum and above), but I want to calculate it as a dimension and there I cannot use the above function.

Just wondering if you ever figured out how to do this... I need to calculate a dimension similar to what you've described in your post.
