So the user got the message "The QlikView document was created by another ..." because the Desktop Client didn't get a license. QlikView Desktop Client is version 10. </SPAN><SPAN style="font-size: 13.3333px;">The user promised that he didn't remove the entry. </SPAN><SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;">Had anyone experienced an issue like that (loosing settings)? Does anyone know how to prevent a situation like that?
