    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a button on my QlikView application that has an action to print a report (RP01).&amp;nbsp; Using the IE plugin through AccessPoint, the report button works for all users, except for one.&amp;nbsp; When the button is clicked on the one user's local machine, the hourglass cursor appears for about 5 seconds, but nothing happens after that.&amp;nbsp; I assume there has to be some sort of pop-up blocker that is preventing the report from appearing, but when I checked the IE settings on the user's machine, everything is set to the defaults with new pop-ups set to appear in a separate tab.&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The user's machine has Windows 7 installed, with Internet Explorer 8.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;QlikView 11 is being used.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi, Sean &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Instead of the button, can the user access the report using a regular toolbar? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can he use it using ajax? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does you button send the report directly to an specific printer?
