    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;In simple terms I have 2 applications/documents, namely:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;QVDGenerator.qvw&lt;/STRONG&gt; that creates new QVDs every night through the scheduler&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;TestBI.qvw&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp; that reads those QVDs into the "user" BI application.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What do you do in the event of a failure in the QVD generation? The users are happy to see "old" data (i.e. from the last successful load) rather than no application because it crashed looking for a QVD that does not exist.
