    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;hi all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i am here with a big and complex issues but i believe the qlikview gurus could help me&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;at the excel i want to chose a DEPARTMENT and DATE&amp;nbsp; and&amp;nbsp; i will check the status and&amp;nbsp; then &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i will count that in how many days&amp;nbsp; my status is same.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;for example if i select 12.07.2012 and department a (row 13 in excel) it will give me 6 days, &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the status is 1.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;for example if i select 15.07.2012 and department a (row 16 in excel) it will give me 9 days, &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the status is 1.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;for example if i select 24.07.2012 and department a (row 25 in excel) it will give me 8 days, &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the status is 0.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;This should be possible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You probably need some set analysis.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For eg:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sum({$&amp;lt;status={1},date={"&amp;lt;=$(=max(date))"} }status)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
