Always one selected value

I have created one list box and used one expression to get the values in the list box. Now, i want to get one value always selected in that list box but i am not able to do that in the list box. what can be the problem? The option fro the same is disabled in the properties of the listbox.

Hi ,

The option for the "Always One Selected Value" will be disabled if you are not selected any value from list box.

First select one value in the list box and then go for the properties => "Always One Selected Value" .

when you select the one of the value from list box the option "Always One Selected Value" will be enable.

I'm afraid Yopu can't do it with expression in listbox...

Hey,

Firstly select one value in the List Box which you have made using expression.

After that in General Tab of List Box check the "Always one Selected Value"

I have done this thing and i have reached to the conclusion that you can not do 'Always one selected Value' in a list box when you have used an expression fro the values in the list box.

Heyy,

If you are giving expression for the list box then it will not work,

instaed of that create a new field at the load time with your expression and then you can use this functionality.

if you paste all the field used in your expression to the listbox and set them as Always One Selected Value

than your expression listbox will work like you wanted

Even there is already selected value, the Always one selected value is still disabled.

would you know another reason why it is disabled?
