Qlik View Access point Authentication Required

Hi All,

when i am accessing qlikview from internet i get a window on all browser that server server to

which i am connecting to Require authentication see screen shot.

in authentication window it is written the server 168.1.1.23.789:80 requires a username and password

the following is done

IP is made public

port 80 inbond rule already done.

also in back ground i can see the access point window

the problem is when i enter Server username and passwoed it do not authenticate.

Hi,

Try to restart the Qlikview web server in services that might some times resolves this problem

or the authentications was providing are wrong.

Hi Satish,

I am providing the server user name and passwod by which we login and is correct.

also tried to start webserver but did not work .
