Ideas for a chart that should be empty

Hi there,

I need to include a chart that tracks system outages over the last 3 months. We calculate the number of minutes of outage by day.

Ideally, and most of the time, there should be 0 outage minutes so this chart should be (mostly) empty.

I've experimented with a line graph and bar chart but was hoping that someone could give me some suggestions on a better way to represent this data. Also I need to have the 3 months date range even if there is no outage data to report. I'm using version 10 so that is a limitation but if there is something cool in v11 that would work let me know so I can add that to my 'reasons to upgrade sooner than later' list.
