How to create different level Totals in Pivot Table?

Qlikview: 9 SR7

Qlikview - Pivot Table I have requirement of revenue analysis for sales rep where I show
in this order sales rep, company, department, sales

team, account and 3 streams of revenue a, b, c for account I am showing a, b, c
as dimensions and giving totals by it I have expressions for all three revenue streams
by months current, prior and variance which are 36 expressions, and
I will need to give totals at the first dimension sales rep for all three
streams of revenue as well for all expressions.

I am not sure how to approach as at this time I am able to give
only rep total revenue whereas I am required to show 3 streams of revenue
totals and a total of three streams for the sales rep.

Any ideas on how I could approach this is appreciated.
