can anyone help me in providing the right script for the following logic

if pr_param_id=5 it is promotions and discount and we have only two options for star promotions and discount if N in pr_rule_param_priority table for field function_indicator then no promotions running else if Y promotions running and the priority can be retreived from pr_rule_param_priority filed

prioritization_rule_params:

LOAD pr_rule_id,

pr_param_id,

pr_rule_param_priority,

function_indicator
