I trie to count for each location, the number of items when their inventory is not 0

if(Sum(Item_LE_Quantity)<>0,count(distinct(VE_Item_Nr)))

This gives not the right values.

Try this one.

=count(distinct {$<VE_Item_Nr = {"=Sum(Item_LE_Quantity) > 0"}>} VE_Item_Nr)

This is Expression give greater then 0 value

When I filter the dimension it gives the right answer, otherwise not

do I have to delete $ ?
