No access to QVW through Button, OK through Access Point

Hi Folks

Interesting problem.

We have recently changed to use Siteminder and ARP to protect access to all applications, including QlikView but since that change I have a rather odd scenario taking place and can't work out what the problem is.

I have document A, this has a button which has an action to open Document B.

I can launch Document A from Access point, no problem

I can launch Document B from Access point, no problem

If I try to use the button in Document A to launch Document B, it tells me I have no access to that document.

Any thoughts?
