Problem with Section access to limit the data

I have assign the section access as following:

And my script is as attach.

Every time when i log in with any USER i m seeing all the data....

I want access as following:

I trying to figure out what is error.

Can you help me out in this?

On the Opening tab of the document properties window enable the option Initial Data Reduction Based on Section Access.

Star is *;

This is a statement used in your script to tell Qlikview that * will be used as wildcard in the script.
