GetCurrentSelections() not displaying

Hi,

I have a text box with GetCurrentSelections().

When admin loads the file it will show correctly.

When regular user (session access) loads the file then the textbox will display only '-'.

I cant find why this is happening...

any suggestion?

So even when you select in a field, the text box is not showing anything except '-'?

If you create a Current Selections box chart object, does this show anything?

If the application uses section access, is initial data reduction enabled, too?

Even if I select in a field it will not show.

Regular current selection box is displayed ok.

initial data reduction is enabled, but how does that effect the getcurrentselection?

Maybe. I was not able to reproduce this (but potentially your setup is different).

Could you upload a small sample file that demonstrate this issue?

The same happened to me. When section access is active, GetCurrentSelections function doesn't work. Any suggestions?

The same thing happened to me. We have an application with Section Access for every user.

It works OK for certain users and it shows a "Fatal error" message with different users.

I couldn't find the exact reason at the momment.

Any idea?
