Upgrade to V11 from V10

Hi guys,

I am thinking to upgrade to V11 as I see better options and more functions in it.

I have never upgraded or installed QV before but I've been a developer for 3 years.

Anybody have some instructions on where should I start and what is the process knowing that I have three environments: Development- Beta and Production and each one has two servers. like for the development server it is called Dev Dashboard Web Server and the second one is called Dev BI Server..

I am not sure why we have two servers for each environments so if anybody can explain then it will be great!

There is this great document that explains common scenarios for upgrading and moving servers to QlikView 11 in all sorts of ways. I can add that moving from v10 to v11 is usually very straightforward.

What Chris means is that you'll have to register as a customer and get a username/password from QlikTech. When logging in, the download site will show a lot more download options including server and add-on packages.
