Hi,

I have one scenario where I have one qvd where user and respective group is mentioned and also i have one excel where some users and respective regions are mentioned.

So, now in section access i have to check first from qvd that user is present then apply security based on group mentioned or user is present in excel then app;y region level security.

Please suggest how can i achieve the same.

What is the function of this "group" in the QVD? Does it relate to entries in the Excel file, or to something else in your document?

For better results, please post example source files (qvd and Excel).

Group means it's AD group name where each user belongs

That's not my question. How does an AD group relate to security in your QlikView documents? You are only talking about Users and their (optional) relation to regions on which you seem to want to reduce data, correct? If you list users (and optionally what regions they should be allowed to see), then that's enough. Why the groups?
