Server Communication Lost, Closing Document - Multiple Session

Hi Guys,

I need an urgent help on my problem with QV11.

My users are receiving this error everytime one named user is use twice to open one report.

Scenario:

User #1: login using USERCOMMON and open REPORT1.QVW - works fine

User #2: login using USERCOMMON and open REPORT1.QVW - First user will be kickedout and User #2 will continue to work

When User #1 tries to login again then User #2 will be out.

This only happen when they tried to open the same report, with other reports no issues.

It seems like QVS is not allowing one account to open same report more than once.

Hope I have a solution on this aside from acquiring additional license.

U have to give separate CALL for both users with different usernames. You r giving with same name thats why its happening.

Two users cant access through same user ID and Password at the same Time. You need to consume 2 Named CALS
