Creating a drill-down category tree

I haven't seen many posts on working with parent-child source tables on QlikView.

In a recent project I had the challenge of creating a clickable category tree where products could be attached to any level in the product category tree. There were also products mixed with sub-categories in many levels, so we had to create a "phantom" category to be able to click down to the products. In the attached example these are prefixed with ' * - '

Attached is an example from the "live" project on creating a "category tree" in QlikView with a clickable drill-down dimension that takes you down to the underlying sub-categories and in the end to the individual products..
