Is there a way to provide users a list view on the models they have access to only? Thus, excluding all models in listing.

All this on the access point i.e.

You can handle this through the security at the file level.

Right click on the qlikview file, Properties--> Security. Here add the users that should have access to the file. This will be also reflected in access point.
