Inter-Record Function on Pivot Tables

I am trying to create a total across rows of a pivot table. I have tried (unsuccessfully) to use many different versions of the Inter-Record Functions. Maybe someone can help me:

Here is my chart:

All I want is a total of the months at the end of the row.

I am using version 10 SR 4

Inter-record function are not needed for this.

I can't guess the details, so advice is - add total to all your dimensions. One of them will be what you need. Remove the ones you don't need.
