      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does the QMC show any error? Also, do the services run with the account in the local Administrators group and QlikView Administrators?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It sometimes happens to us when IT cleans up groups that service accounts are removed and although the services are up and running, you cannot connect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other possible topics of investigation:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;(Borrowing from Miguel) does the QMC actually open and show 4 tabs in the same browser session as the AccessPoint (JavaScript problems)?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Can you open an AP document using Open in Server... in QV Desktop (QVS lockup)?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Did you try with different browsers on different machines (even on the server where enhanced security may block JavaScript)?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

And also on the server the access point is saying 'Loading content'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can open an AP-document in QV-desktop via open in server&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried chrome and firefoc on my pc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Chrome on another pc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And I think also chrome on an other pc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And in chrome on the QV-server&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;This seems an issue somewhere in the web layer (network policies/network devices/security/firewall/proxy/web server).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;QlikView Desktop &amp;gt; Open In Server does not connect via webserver, but the client directly to the QlikView Server, and uses QVP protocol/port 4747 instead of HTTP/80.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does this ring any bell?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
