    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else lost their User preferences on QV Desktop v11.2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sporadically this is occurring and is recognised as when starting up QV Desktop it prompts for language settings.&amp;nbsp; Since this has happened a backup of Settings.xml has been taken and can be used to overwrite the file and put user preferences back in place quickly.&amp;nbsp; This has occurred on 2 separate machines 3-5 times each over past month.&amp;nbsp; It is reported that no domain policy is being pushed out to the machines to cause this loss of settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has any one else seen this happen or have any suggestions where to look for a cause?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
