Help Needed : Count function returning wrong result in Expressions tab of Sheet properties

Dear All,

Please find the following expression that i used to evaluate the number of rows as per the selection criteria :

count({<[From Task]={'ConsultancyHolding' , 'Consultancy'}>}[To Task]='Escalations')

I would like the above expression to return the count of rows where the column value in [From Task] is 'ConsultancyHolding' or 'Consultancy' and the column value in [To Task] is 'Escalations'. Kindly let me know if the above expression is correct, suggest any changes if required.
