topic Section Access in QlikView

Section Access

Hi,

i have an application with section access(With NTNAME).It is working fine when i am loading and distributing manualy.

But once i scheduled the distribution process and after distributing the DOC Cal users cant access the application.

saying like 'you dont have have permission to access the document".

Is that i need to enable any settings in QlikView Management Console..?

Are you saying that it's working fine when you open the document "offline"? And not working when you open via server?

In that case I'm guessing that the user you're trying to open the document with has the Access level ADMIN? The admin level only exists when opening the document offline. In a client/server setup all users are considered USERs.

If i am reloading the document manualy and copying to "SourceDocument" folder, then all the DOC Cal users are able to view the document through browsers from client system. But if i am scheduling and distributing that process then they are not able to view the document (After distributing the document to "SourceDocument" folder by QlikView Distribution Service.

Hope you understud the problem.
