Button click is not respecting the QlikView associations

Hi,

I have created a button to filter the dataset. I have added the a button for 1YR and 2YR.

on 1YR/2YR selection i am filtering the dataset using setting start date and end date variables.looks like this operation is not working as expected.even though I have selected 2 YR still min(c_date) is displaying from unselected dataset.

Any thoughts on this, I have uploaded the QVW with above implementation..

Hi,

There are two things which i got in your application.

1. c_date does not have relavant 2 year of data to show on the report

2. you are selecting the dates in c_date field using triggers and button. it is not required.

This problem can eaisly be solved by set analysis.

I have modified you qvw file.

To test i have changed the setvariable value in action tab of button... instead of 1year or 2year i am checking for 1 month and lastmonth. Please change it accordingly..

After loading the complete 2 yr data.. you can testthis app..

Please find the attached application and let me know if u face any issue.
