Dear Friends,

I have a following issue That is

user is not able to oen one chart in tab rest of all is working fine

but same chart in other system with same credintials working fine

any body suggest me what is the issue it helps me a lot

Clear the cache of the system, restart it and then try.

s i did bot same problem

try to open in ajax client or if alredy then IE client

Might be need to reinstall you plugin at user
