Hierarchy between jobs

Hi Guys,

I have two columns one is parent jobs column other one is the child jobs column.

For example if below are the 4 entries of parent child jobs then I want hierarchy be like ABC>>DEF>>GIF>>HIJ>>PQR .

Parent:. ABC , DEF,GIF,HIJ

Child. DEF, GIF,HIJ,PQR

I have attached snapshot of my code please check and let me know when I am going wrong.
